Create Report

Use this to build a custom export: pick exactly the fields you want, in the order you want them, and export to CSV or Excel.

The workflow

Step	What to do
1. Tick fields	Tick the fields you want, in the order you want the columns. Blue sections are dimensions, grey sections are metrics.
2. Preview Report	Check the column order before exporting.
3. Review pivot	Review the resulting pivot.
4. Export	Export to CSV or Excel.
Optional: Save as Template	Save the selection so it can be reused next time.

Limits: up to 10 dimensions, up to 10 metrics, and up to 150,000 rows per export.

Picking your fields

Every field you can add here is defined here > Exportable fields reference, grouped by timeframe, geography, operator/ramp, aircraft, and metrics.

*The field picker in detail. Ticked fields become export columns in the order they were ticked*

Tick your grouping dimensions first - airport, then ramp, then operator - and your metrics last, since columns follow the order you tick them. Use Preview Report to check the layout before exporting, and Save as Template once you're happy with it.
