Contacts and Profiles

Use this to turn ramp activity into commercial contacts: who to call at an operator, and which operators are worth calling. There are two views - Contacts, with one row per contact, and Operator Profiles, which aggregates by operator to show flight activity, fuel potential and HQ details.

KPI tiles

KPI What it means
Contacts (Total Contacts) How many contact records are in scope.
Avg Contacts / Operator The average number of contacts held per operator.
With Email on File How many of those contacts have an email address on file.

Dimensions

Dimension What it means
Aircraft Tailsign Aircraft registration, or tail number.
Operator Name (WINGX) The operator name as held by WINGX.
Aircraft ID (JETNET) The JETNET unique aircraft identifier.
Aircraft Associated Company (Jetnet) The company associated with the aircraft per JETNET. Shown as "Associated Co." in presets.
Contact Name / Title / Email / Phone / Status Contact details, integrated from JETNET.
Aircraft Segment / Aircraft Type The segment and type of the associated aircraft.
Aircraft Age Band The banded age of the associated aircraft.

Metrics

L12M in a field name means the last 12 months.

Metric What it means
# of Contacts How many contacts are in the grouping.
# of unique Aircraft Tailsign How many distinct aircraft are in the grouping.
# Tails How many tails are linked to the operator or contact.
L12M Departures Departures over the last 12 months.
L12M Fuel (USG) Fuel uplift over the last 12 months, in US gallons.
Aircraft Avg. Age The average age of the associated fleet.

Up to 500 rows can be downloaded from the Contacts view.
