How to find key contacts at target operators

When to use this:

You want to identify specific postholders — such as the legal representative, Chief Pilot, or Fleet Manager — at leading operators. This helps dealers, OEM sales teams, and service providers reach the right decision-maker directly rather than going through a generic enquiry channel.

Steps:

1.  Open AIR Enterprise and go to the Operators tab

2.  Select the Profiles & Contacts module

3.  Search for or select the target operator

4.  Filter contacts by the postholder role you are looking for (e.g. Legal, Chief Pilot, Fleet Manager)

5.  Review the contact list with status and period information

6.  Export the contact data or use it directly for outreach
