How to monitor operator charter growth plans

When to use this:

A new programme charter operator has announced growth plans from specific cities. You want to track whether the growth is materialising in actual flight data — useful for competitive intelligence or market analysis.

Steps:

1.  Open AIR and go to the Operators Activity module

2.  Select up to 3 city-flow (e.g. London-Ibiza, London-Faro, London-Barcelona)

3.  Filter by operator type: Branded Charter

4.  Review the ranking of activity by operator

5.  Set a bookmark to monitor this view over time

6.  Export the data to track progress quarter by quarter
