Single Sign-On (SSO): What You Need to Know

We've rolled out Single Sign-On (SSO) to make logging in simpler and more secure across our platforms. Here's everything you need to know about how it works and what changes for you.

What's Changing

If you only use WINGX, nothing changes day to day. You'll keep using the same URL you're already used to. The only thing you need to do is a one-time password reset. After that, you log in directly and land in the exact same platform you know - no extra clicks, no new steps.

If you have access to both WINGX and JETNET, you can now move between the two without logging in twice. Look for the question mark icon in the platform - click it, choose the option to open JETNET, and it opens in a new tab. Your WINGX session stays exactly as you left it.

Why We Made This Change

Previously, each platform required its own login. With SSO, one set of credentials gets you into everything you have access to, which means fewer passwords to manage and a smoother experience moving between WINGX and JETNET.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my bookmarks and saved URLs still work?
Yes. The URLs you're used to stay the same.

What if I only have access to one platform?
Then this doesn't change your experience at all, other than the one-time password reset.

I clicked the option to open JETNET, but I got an error message, and it didn't let me log in. What should I do?
If you are a WINGX user but don't have a JETNET Evolution login, try logging in to WINGX through wingxlive.com. If that does not resolve the issue, reach out to our support team and we'll check your account access.
