How to locate post-warranty aircraft by OEM and region

When to use this:

You specialise in post-warranty MRO services and want to identify where older aircraft of a specific OEM are currently parked, who operates them, and how to contact the right person. Aircraft over 8–12 years old are prime targets for independent MRO providers.

Steps:

1.  Open GROUND and go to Historical Parking Analysis, Data Science module

2.  Filter by Aircraft OEM (e.g. Bombardier)

3.  Set aircraft age filter to greater than 8 years(use feature is not…)

4.  Review the list of tails and their current parking locations

5.  Note the operator names and regions

6.  Use the Contact module to identify the right postholder at each operator
